Ok guys finally got around to doing the spring swap today. Lean is fixed they were backwards. Vibration persists with no change. Made sure to loosen all control arm bolts and let truck settle into stance before tightening them as well
 
So for any of you guys that maybe following this, I think i might have two problems. They might play off each other but I think two things are going on. I've noticed I have a low pitched vibrating oscillating sound at 55+ with or without the rear shaft in.
The vibration in the truck that I can feel, however, goes away if I remove one drive shaft doesn't matter which one either. Also noticed that if I get up to 45 or so where it is vibrating bad and I let off the gas and hit neutral it is totally gone. Like instantly smooth and no noise at all. So something driveline and something about it being under load
