Hi all - I’m chasing down some electrical issues after unfortunately frying my alternator.

I replaced the alternator and I’m still getting a no charge condition. But before I dive deeper into fixing that I wanted to sense check the wires orientation for the positive battery terminal fuse block. In my haste to diagnose the alternator and change my alternator fuse I’m not 100% sure I reconnected all the wires correctly.

See sample photo of the part and my diagram below. If anyone has expert knowledge or is willing to get eyes on thier configuration I would really appreciate it. Unfortunately it does require you to push down on the plastic tabs and remove a cover to actually see the connections...

Thanks in advance for any help.

2000 I figured it out. It wasn't the initial problem. But it was the last problem There is a bus bar on the back side of the fusible link. It fell out when I took it off to clean all the contacts and didn't get put back on. It is all working now. Really Toyota over complicated the fusible link. This one is better than the later models for corrosion But they could have done a more simple design with fewer parts.
