Full width axle pig

I found this pig on a video once and have never seen anything else about it.. Does anyone know it, the owner, anything about it? I would love to see more photos and discuss the build. Sorry for the pic quality, but I took a pic of the computer screen with my cell phone. Couldnt find the video again when I tried.

I tried tracking down more pics of that pig, the original owner has FB album links in his sig, and it looks like these guys in Iceland like to put wide fender flares on everything:

They use wide tires in iceland to distribute the wait of the vehicle while wheeling in deep snow and crossing frozen water, I assume the flares are required to keep it street legal, much like our laws in the states.
