I have spent most of the morning searching through about 500 threads on wiper repair and I still cannot find an answer. I have also checked google as well.

My question is, how difficult is it to repair or remove the front wiper assembly linkage? Like a dummy, my driver side wiper was frozen to the windshield this morning and I turned on the wipers. So now my driver one does not work but my passenger side still works.

I am leaving Monday afternoon to head out to Grand Junction Colorado to start the Kokopelli trail as part of Cruise Moab and we are supposed to have rain and snow here in colorado this week.

Thanks and suggestions would help.

not hard. first check that the retaining nut hasn't backed off. if tight, then remove the wiper arms, remove the cowl panel. remove the 6 bolts at the wiper pinot bases (3 at each). unbolt the wiper motor from the firewall. pry the linkage off the motor. I use long needle nose pliers like a fork for this. lift out the black plastic access grills. put out linkage
