Hey guys, so far only 2 people have responded to the group buy. We need a minimum of 5 people for a group discount. If any one else is still interested, drop me an E-mail if you havent done so. orders@rasta4x4usa.com I am also working on getting the shipping rates lowered. UPS Ground would cost around $30. I will update as soon as I get a confirmation with the rates, thanks.
Please note, I will need to know how many people are interested by the end of the month.

I am waiting until Christo has his front bumper and optional front skid plate and belly pans ready for introduction. I think this is the route I will probably take...

Yeas, have some faith.

Fitted the last pre-production prototype this morning. Now need to figure the price as well as all the hardware that needs to go with it.

This replaces the factory cross member. It is a direct bolt on but does need drilling of three holes and installation of 3 rivetnuts. We are probably going to supply the skidplate with the rivetnuts, drill and all hardware required.

We should have pricing early next week and then ready to ship mid April.

Looks good. Where's the rest of it. :D

pretty!

how thick is it?

(you sure Rivnuts are strong enough?)

It is 3/16"

The rivnuts are only the rear two bolts on one side and one on the other. In addition it uses 3 of the 4 crossmember bolts on each side (10mm) and then 2 more bolts on each side. We have tested this on the BlueBerry as well as Lexus ben has beat the hell out of it.

Looks great. Will it be bare metal or how will it be finished?

Hi Christo,
In the pictures you posted of your skid plate, on the second pic, there is a tab with 3 holes in it on the front of the skid plate. Is there going to be some kind of bracket that connects this tab to the frame or is this possibly for connecting to another skid plate that is in the works?

I think I remember him telling me he is designing three skid/belly plate/pans that will integrate with each other and terminate at the front to his new bumper. That should be a pallet full for the truck shipment .

That will be a great day when that pallet is delivered. That's going to be a very sweet setup with three skid plates that connect to the new bumper design. Can't wait! :bounce:

It will be powdercoated, possible pink panty color for the LX470's.

We are shooting for a sub $500 price for the center belly pan. This will include a drill bit and nutsert (rivnut) tool and rivnuts.

The center and front plate is designed and we should have prototypes this weekend. We are still shooting to have belly plates ready to ship by end of April.
