Shout out to @jim land for the heads up on Iron Man not building proper length leaf springs, I fabricating longer shackles with an eccentric to adjust out the caster. I'll still put the wedge shims in for her maiden voyage under the axle. Thank you to the community!

Can you describe a little more what you are going to do, or what you did to "extend" or compensate for the short springs? The pic looks to be a regular anti- inversion type shackle no? I'm no expert. Appreciate your response.
Hey there, sorry for the late response, I got tied up yesterday. That shackle in the picture I had fabricated out of 1/4" stainless we had in the scrap bin at work, I took the original size then extended it by an 1"7/8 on size. When I get back to the shop I'll post another picture for size comparison, hole to and overall dimensions its larger to make up for Ironman selling shoddy parts. I cut everything to the rough size by hand, the used a end mill to drill all the holes so I'd be sure everything was even. The anti-inversion bolt I fabricated out of 1/2" round stock and then used 1/2" key stock to fabricate the eccentric that pushes the shackle down. Unfortunately, I won't have it back on the road for a bit to test it out.

Here is the side by side of the shackle I fabricated on the end mill and the original.
