Front hub locker gasket issue

This is my BJ40 from Costa Rica, and the gasket that goes on my hub locker doesn’t fit. I asume it is probably because my hub is a different model from the norm. It isn’t Asin or Warn. What are solutions? Would it be really bad if I just don’t put that gasket there? The holes don’t line up, and the gasket doesn’t fit
