front diff protection?

I'm going to pick up some 10" and one 8" pipe cap and do my 80 and 40 series. I'll let you know how it goes. 80 series will be easier/cheaper because there is no removable cover on the rear axle, so no need for a diff ring or extra notches on the cover.
