Damn... that's a nice looking bumper.

I'd much rather have that than an ARB.

Yeah, i just ordered mine! Scotty makes great stuff. I ordered mine with light tabs, led turn signals and the new style winch plate. Oh, and dont forget the frame reinforcement kit too. I am excited to get it on the truck!

I mounted an arb on my mini truck back when there where a lot less choices. The arb has been getting the job done but if I were to do it again I would put on a tube bumper from Marlin or allpro, etc. When I get around to doing a SAS the arb bumper will have to be modified (and lifted) or sold. In the mean time, I have a 1" body lift and used a bumper trim piece from a first gen tacoma to fill up the space between the bumper and fender. If a 2" gap needed to be filled a trim piece from an older Tundra or Ford F150 might work. I have attached three photos. The first picture shows the spacer/trim piece installed. The second photo shows the truck flexing and you can see the gap closing up on the passenger side and opening up on the driver's side. Make sure you leave a bit of space. Plastic works well because it flexes instead of denting the fender.
The last photo shows the bumper and trim piece from the side and if you look closely you can see where the bumper flexed and dented the fender on a previous trip before there was a 1" body lift added.
The other issue is the tubing on the bumper will start to obscure the headlight with a 2" lift. In the attached photos you can see the tube barely clears with a 1" lift.
