I also did their tube roller mods for harbor freight. It was simple and works great!

I mean they have this kit http://www.swagoffroad.com/40-Inch-Universal-Press-Brake-DIY-Builder-Kit_p_43.html . It's not the whole brake just the inside. This is what I am considering.
No I know what you were talking about. I went to Standard welding today and just got all the steel to craft my own of my own design. 22" long nests in my press just right. Save yourself well over half the cash and build it off what I post later. It only cost me about $50.00 with the springs.

This is the material list

1x4x22" plate
1x6x22" plate
1 1/2x1x1 1/2x22" x2 angle
2x2x22" angle
1x18" solid bar stock
1 1/4x16" pipe
1" ID #32 springs x2

Use these to get all the mill scale off

Got a new Milwaukee 11 amp grinder.. love it

Nice bright clean steel

So clean it almost looks painted those really work well but dont last all that long

Angle is set up like this on top of the 1x6" plate which is the base

Top die started grinding my angles in it ... gonna take some doing. Some guys tack a piece of angle iron to the bottom of it. They wear out from what I read and I like the idea of being able to touch the edge as needed.

Got a new lid too... I like it so far. Gave my son my old one so he can start learning to burn steel.

I'll post some build pics tomorrow. Maybe even a video of it in motion. I've been wanting to make this for awhile now. Its gonna real help around the shop.

I miss being out in my shop with the Bose 901's blasting......look it started raining in western WA. Time to get out there!
Almost any Floyd will get something done, or Davey Knowles, Rory Galagher, or..........

I want! Postage to 4503 on a fully welded bar not bolt together. Let's face it if I damage a wing it's going to be expensive to send another one to Australia haha.

Keep up the great work mate all the US boys are lucky to have someone doing great 80 specific fabwork.

My wife stayed home with me to make sure I didnt leave the couch today still sick... kids:bang: She said that if I did any work at all I would be grounded...
So what I've been doing is I made a banner. Let me know what you think. Its my first one and I know nothing about making this stuff.

Let me know what you guys think please. I like the simplicity of this banner. Kinda symbolizes the way I like to live my life... in black and white.

Been looking at buying a set dimple dies to add some flare and rigidity to my stuff.

Looking at these

Are you serious about wanting one? If so I'd be more than happy to send you one. UNDERDAWG FAB IS GOING GLOBAL

Booger is a fan of Hellfire-Fabworks. I bet he'd praise theirs.

My honest feedback: I like the concept, but it's too busy. The monotone colors make everything bleed together and difficult to read. I'm not a graphic designer so I have no idea how to fix it :)
