Still waiting on that 80, but I will definitely continue to watch this thread evolve with time.

Love the modular design, and ability to 'customize' to your needs | design interests.

Keep up the great work!

Thank you sir. Its an ever changing thing. I just wanna give the people what they want and nothing else. Its important to listen to your customers if you wanna be successful. Because without them there is no you.

Have you been reading Zig Ziglar? Haha just playin. You definitely have the right mindset, biz attitude...oh and product. Great work.

Underdawg... very nice design. I really like the progress. Can you post a couple pictures of the winch Plate on the ground... Would love to see how is actually bolts up. Will the plate hold a warn M12000? Also any pictures of the larger stinger?

Great job.. sub'd

The modular design is a fantastic idea. Some folks might want two types of wings. Maybe a more boxy/bulky "mad max" look for DD and then swap out to the minimalist high clearance ones for the wheelin days. You get the best of both looks. Great job thinking outside the box.

My guess is that you've already hinted at this in prior posts, but if the customer base is there...do you see yourself expanding to rear bumper, sliders, etc?

Cheers,

Paul

Thanks Bill really appreciate that.

If you get a hougen mag drill I have a 15/16 or 1 1/16" I can send you for those.

Ill get you some pics of the winch mount. Essentially it just bolts to the top of the frame and on the sides. There's 4 bolts on top and 6 on the sides. I think the M12000 would make it but it would be tight.

Same one I use a bunch(914). Make sure it has a fluid system if using it on 1/2" or the slugs get stuck and the bits get ruined when you pry them out.

Is listening to George Carlin in the shop feeling indefatigable... ;)

Thanks looking forward to them.... Have you thoughts on Full Bars to protect Lights and Grill?

Hey Paul,
1.Rear bumper is in the works, actually bumper ends... I had a couple of MUD members PM me about them with some pics of what other guys in years past have come up with and I think its an excellent solution for those that dont want all the weight of a full bumper. You'll have the option for swing outs or not. Will bolt right on after removing the plastic corners and you'll be able to keep your cross member and pintle hitch.
2. Full rear bumper with quarter panel protection and swing out options. There will be a bit of a rear end skid underneath also.
3. Sliders I've been working on them in my spare time but not so much lately. I have 4 bumpers in the works and 2 racks yet to build so I've been working on those. Hang in there their coming.
4. A swing down tire carrier is in the works also. It will bolt to the pintle hitch on the rear and have the ability to mount a 37" tire.
5. New rack designs and full baskets coming as well.
6. skid plates maybe... we'll see what the demand is.
7. misc parts like extended bump stops, sway bar extensions, dif armor, maybe a attic rack kit with brackets powder coated, cooler carriers.... etc.

All this really depends on you guys and what the demand is. That will dictate how much energy I put in to some of this stuff.

If there's anything I've left out that you guys wanna see someone bring back or make let me know. We can talk about it and figure out if its worth doing.

And here I had just read another one of your posts and realized your sig had a quick and easy answer to my lazy question. Appreciate the detailed response though! I'm still on the hunt for the right LC/LX…admittedly my criteria is making it more difficult than it needs to be…but I will definitely be in touch when that time arises.

Definitely check out the Hefty wings for some idea on the rear bumper end cap schema. They stopped making them a while back. I've bugged Chris about it a few times and he's pretty adamant they won't be bringing them back.
With regard to your front bumper: where does it stand with regard to AC drier? I saw an earlier post someone mentioned they had moved theirs in anticipation of getting one of your bumpers...
This is shaping up to be a tantalizing product line!

The ac lines are easily bent to move the dryer up and behind the turn signal housing.

Order placed!!!!! Finally I'm going to have a bumper! Maybe dorkle would be in my near future, doh!

Great talking to you Jason and can't wait for you to start on my bumper with the few things we talked about. For those who are interested here are the customizations I requested.

1. Mid stinger with light tabs on top.
2. One oblong hole per light tab just under and out side of the light tab. This so the power cables can be routed internally and clean! I hate zip ties.
3. Drill holes at the base of the stinger mount size of the tube ID so the cables can be routed internally and through the bumper for a clean and safe cable routing.
4 one 1/4 inch hole in the center of the stinger horizontal through the tube, this for my forward looking camera.
5 a little fatter wing tips for a more safari look vs the crawler look.

Can't wait!!!!!
