I love them both. I can definitely do something like that. I really like the first one.. my new favorite. Gonna have to make one and and put it on my rig... or your rig and hopefully someone else's too.

You'll have to convince me to sell the 4x4Labs front bumper I'm working on :D

double post

Looks killer man can't wait to get mine (I alrdy relocated the drier, and will start the chassis cleaning/paint tomorrow), want the rockcrawling style , with a larger hoop/stinger ... don't forget progress pics of it

I dig it! Can a winch be mounted on it? What's the price on that bad boy?

I've been debating over the price on the front bumper for a few weeks now...

Special introductory price is gonna be around $700.00 plus shipping*
That includes

Instructions
Bumper wings
Bolt on winch plate
skid plate
Grade 8-10 hardware
Bolt on stinger your choice of size
Option for flared or flare-less

Powder coating is available as well $120.00
Bumper will ship UPS ground and after all the haggling I got a darn good deal on shipping finally.

This is a very light but strong option for those tired of the same 3 or 4 designed bumpers that have been around forever. Priced extremely well for an all 3/16" constructed plate bumper. The fact that you dont have to buy a whole new bumper if you wreck it should speak for itself, no one else offers such a thing (as far as I'm aware of anyway).

PM with any questions or if you'd like to order one.

Watch this thread for other designs and options.

Thanks guys

Well here ya go, I call this done.

All feedback welcomed.

100% completely modular.
Bolt on installation
The ability to replace one component if damage occurs
Durable Mil-Spec powder coating
Grade 8 or 10 hardware

With the winch mount and skid plate being the main platform. Wings are easily removed for touch up or replacement with a different style wing.
With this universal mount you could run a rock crawling minimalist bumper wing set up and then switch to a more substantial design wing set up when needed.

3 different stingers will be offered in small, medium, or large. Other configurations are available also.

Light mounts, Hi-lift mounts, limb risers are also gonna be available.

Thanks for looking. Let me know what you think.

Ya I broke both of my 1" drill bits so as soon as I get one I'll be drilling those holes for pull points.
Fairlead mount will be up to the customer, some will buy with winches and some wont. I dont wanna add holes in the skid plate if their not needed. Skid plate is gonna get a redo as well. I'll post pics of that tomorrow hopefully.

If you have a drill press might be worth it to look into a Annular Cutter, I recommend Hougen (Fastenal). They are much quicker but they must be drilled perpendicular. Even if you loose a few teeth they will still get the job done, albeit slower.

@Hornd I was just looking at a mag drill. I want one really bad, would be perfect for this shop to have. I looked at this brand in particular because someone has one on Craig's list for $300.00 completely rebuilt. Milwaukee makes one too but its a lot of cake.

Some day light pics

Shown with the small stinger
Mid sized will come up past the Toyota emblem
Large will be to the hood line

You can see from this picture the amount of burn in on the 1/2" plate

Profile shot looks great. Just as about as close as you can get it and still get a winch in there. Really good looking product. Whoever requested the smaller hoop has a good eye. ;). Thx again.

Hmmm wonder who that was???
The winch tray will be pushed out about 2 more inches to help accommodate more winches. It will still be tucked up in there though.

Still waiting on that 80, but I will definitely continue to watch this thread evolve with time.

Love the modular design, and ability to 'customize' to your needs | design interests.

Keep up the great work!
