Hey UD

How about a modular safari style front bumper? I don't really care for the rock crawler styling so a little fatter wings and a little lighter would be nice. Maybe a hybrid of your bumper and ironman bumper?

Sick of dragging this fawker everywhere, so I'm copying you(though not quite the machine you bought, your 255 is top drawer for 220v mobile machines of its era and used by legit shops all over).

Couple of pics for your view pleasures

None of the end pieces have been put on yet... within the next hour or so. @bluecruiser these are yours. Notice the bent lines, that will be very distinctive in these bumpers. Once I get a real bender all the pieces will be bent to minimize welds and failure points. The angles will be very crisp and sharp.

Hope you guys like em.. I really love what I'm doing and I'm excited to see what the future holds with this little thing of mine.

Nice work! How bout you make me a bracket-thingy to raise the panhard at the rear axle. Something I can weld-on. I'm too lazy to mock something up :)

Draw it up on a piece of paper and text it to me.

Looks easy enough I'll check into it.

I'm sure others would be interested in it too. Heck, if you can figure out something to raise the front panhard that'd be awesome. Mine will be all changed around when going 3link, but there's no good solutions out there

X2 on the bracket-thingy Jason ... im at the borderline of 3-link , I will need brackes too for new links ;)

Looking forward to seeing it on my truck. Very cool and functional looking so far. Thanks

Any updates?

Me too, me too!!!

Well here ya go, I call this done.

All feedback welcomed.

100% completely modular.
Bolt on installation
The ability to replace one component if damage occurs
Durable Mil-Spec powder coating
Grade 8 or 10 hardware

With the winch mount and skid plate being the main platform. Wings are easily removed for touch up or replacement with a different style wing.
With this universal mount you could run a rock crawling minimalist bumper wing set up and then switch to a more substantial design wing set up when needed.

3 different stingers will be offered in small, medium, or large. Other configurations are available also.

Light mounts, Hi-lift mounts, limb risers are also gonna be available.

Thanks for looking. Let me know what you think.

Perfect @UnderDawg. Couple questions. Holes through the points that stick out and look to be for recovery? Also, hawse fairlead. How /where will that mount up?

Ya I broke both of my 1" drill bits so as soon as I get one I'll be drilling those holes for pull points.
Fairlead mount will be up to the customer, some will buy with winches and some wont. I dont wanna add holes in the skid plate if their not needed. Skid plate is gonna get a redo as well. I'll post pics of that tomorrow hopefully.

Looks awesome! How bout a hybrid tube & plate bumper? Or a bumper without wings? Just the winch/recovery points in the center and maybe a small bit of tubing to wrap around the lower valance? Just thinking out loud, some ideas to expand your product line :)

I like the look of something like this

Another idea for a hybrid tube/plate bumper
