Greetings -

Can some kind soul tell me the gauge or thickness of this bracket on the front axle? It joins the hard line to the flexible line. I have to remake them on my replacement axle housing as the originals are rusted to all heck

it is the thickness of the space between the hex and the slot where the clipy thing goes on the soft line
and for some reason I'm thinking the hole is not round, it is 12 pointed to keep the soft line from moving/twisting

Good idea - I'll measure the distance and post up the results for other. I'm pretty sure the hole in my old bracket is round.
