Aqualu is one thing, the do mostly flat aluminum tubs, about the most elaborate thing they have is the windshield frame. What this guy does is a lot more skillfull. be interested in seeing the shop and his setup.

Amazing workmanship!! Top of the line tubs, aluminum, Stainless Steel and he even has a brass one on his BJ40, this guy is true artist and I guarantee you will be hearing more about Fabien. Did I mention he's also a great guy, met him today.

very nice! so did he make his own stamping dies for the panels? he can't be making each one by hand, that would take a very long time.

well yes, but does he do it from dies that are full panel or does he do individual bends on each panel one at a time? Got a pic of the shop?

True, but it's apples vs oranges or KIA vs Rolls Royce. Todd makes a body for the masses that is similar to the original 40, Fabian is producing a true 40 body in whatever metal (almost) that turns your crank. The factory looking extrusions, especially the doors, on Fabians trucks look hard to tell from OEM, I can spot an Aqualu tub from 3 meters
