Not hard to replace, if you can get to it. That's the hard part. If it's one behind the starter, not so easy. Same as if it's on the back of the engine. If you've got access to it, it's not hard at all.

Take a punch to one side, hit it, and it should spin in the block, so that you can grab it and pull it all the way out. Then tap the new one in straight (again, make sure you've got room).
