It goes in the little slot above the ashtray (assuming it's an Aussie spec Toyota one)

Right on, thats the conclusion I came too. Thanks for the input!

Can I transfer our '82 BJ60 engine, tranny and misc. parts to a '90 FJ62??? Thanks! -Daniel Kent

After looking this up I concluded it won't be a problem. Anyone see why it wouldn't work or if it's way more work than it's worth? Thanks!

Well I haven't gotten much done. I had to work on the wiring to get the tail lights working and discovered the wiring is almost completely shot from Canadian winters. So I got the lights fixed and now I'm on the hunt for a donor FJ60 to swap my good stuff.

I did also get the front bumper mounted so I could see what needs to be do to it and clean it up slowly.

Before:

The front OEM bumper is for sale or the bumper end if anyone is interested.

After:

Need to reinforce some areas, remove the lights and a general overhaul.

Happy New Year MUD!

Our BJ is FOR SALE! I'll post soon on for sale section, but pretty sure I'm asking $5k OBO and depending on the response I may have to part it out.

The reason is basically our coffee isn't producing full yield yet since it's young and so there's not loads of money and we need a truck/suv to haul family and supplies around. Anyway we bought a '87 4Runner and will be going with a soft top to make the transition from "truck" to family hauler easier. Build thread to come. Here's a quick pic with me and my boy.
