I took the pics when it was dark and the I accidentally focused on the mount rather than the exhaust. I didn't really proof the pics before I posted them either.

Been studying for the last week for a test with a power company so I haven't gotten much done. Also no time to finish it for Dusy. 
Any way. At times of letting my brain cool off , I did get some work done. Got 1 of the crossmembers started.
Got my ring for the split case output templated.
and this is how it will set-up
Test is Monday so hopefully I'll have this done by the end of the day Tuesday.

Well after checking a ton of stuff and a ton of research, we found the problem and it's purring like a kitten. 
It was the freakin 10Aengine fuse!

Crossmembers done. Just need to build some tabs and mount it up.
Rough cut
Cleaned it up a bit
Burned in on the crossmember
Back side. I added a reinforcing plate on the perimeter
And the hole to access the bottom bolt.

that's a pretty nice design on the crossmember. you should get some cut out and sell them. that would be sweet.

Crossmember is done and in.
As soon as it was buttoned up, I was mobbin da hood. I took my daughter for a ride @ 8:30 last night. She was half asleep.
I dropped the kids off @ daycare today with the wife's car since I need to do some stuff to it. I'm thinking I'll pick them up in the Cruiser. I know my daughter will be stoked on that one. She's so ready to go camping and wheeling but she has something else going this weekend.
