Thank you, Yota. The pump seems to be working fine for the moment. Maybe we can work a swap for something you need at Fall Gathering. Pretty sure I’ve got a set of (only slightly tattered) bumpers that would look good with your new OEM chrome wheels.
Sounds like a plan! I have my fingers crossed I manage what recently went bad... I discovered a partially spun cam bearing.

I replaced the body mounts using Roger Brown's kit. Good guy, fast turn time, and all the right parts. He mentioned that the bottom portion of his mounts aren't quite as tall as the OEM and sometimes the nuts bottom out with the stock bolts. I had already purchased new OEM hardware and didn't want to use the SAE sets that he offered. I didn't intend to use a body lift. I didn't want to use a body lift. They cause all sorts of unintended problems with every system which is mounted jointly on both the body and frame. The tires on Frankie aren't large enough to need clearance and I didn't want ugly gaps below the tail gate. However, I've had difficulty with clearance on the top 2 nuts when replacing OEM mufflers and some of the vent lines to the fuel tank were extremely hard to get to. After careful deliberation I decided a minimal 1/2" lift of PTFE, less the shorter polyurethane mounts (the top puck on Roger's mounts are slightly shorter too), would not cause too many problems.

Overall, I'm pleased. The OEM bolt lengths still have a couple of threads extended, the steering shaft still has plenty of extension, and the radiator shroud bolt holes were only slotted 1/4" or so. I do need to adjust the throttle linkage. It might be the reason Frankie's idling so slowly. No other problems so far.

Rig looks awesome!!! Can you share details on the body mount kit? I am in need of a kit.

Thanks, Ceylon.

The body mounts came from Roger Brown at 4Crawler Off-Road. He has some other trick pieces for sale on his website. The brake line caps in particular are on my wish list.

To order from him you will need to know how many of each size mount (small, medium, and large diameter) you have on your 60; they vary. The small are only under the radiator support. The rest are a combination of mediums and larges. Usually they have S M M L M but occasionally they are S M L L M. I've installed this same set up in two trucks now with no issues and am about to install it in a third.

ARB air compressor install. We'll see if there's too much heat in the engine bay. The exhaust is on the other side and I've seen others install it on the top of the fender. The fire wall is robust and flat. The cabin side has mounting brackets for the blower so there isn't a flat area to place the air compressor's backing plate. I used aircraft fuel sealant to adhere it to engine side. This isn't ideal but with combination of a permanent bond and the thickness of the fire wall I think it will hold up.

To dampen noise and vibration I added poly bushings intended for the top of a shock absorber.

It helps a lot that ARB made the compressor to assembly in stages. This makes placing it in tight places possible.

ARB also made the reservoir extremely adjustable and I went through several iterations before coming up with locations for the pressure switch and quick connect coupling.

There is currently a locker in the rear axle but I may remove it to use on a more trail oriented rig.
