found this cruiser local in TN

I met up with a guy on here that got a 40 this past spring. I went over to his house and right off I see the newer tac and older tornado alley cruisers stickers on it. I asked the guy if he was from the kansas area and he said no with a puzzled look on his face. I just happen to be wearing my tac shirt and I told him about this club. I took a pic to see if any one knows this cruiser.

There was a guy that wheeled with us years ago that had a rig that looked very similar to that one. I think his name was Charles.
