Warn M8274-50

Does anyone knows about a ARB Bull Bar that fits the Warn M8274-50??

I got this picture form a friend and he told that this Bull bar just got to Venezuela and it's a brand new model made by ARB and it seems to fit the M8274-50. Please let me know if someone knows something about it

Thanks for the Info

Comercial ARB bumper fits it no problem. But it is also narower because it is made for HZJ80 with no fender flares. Ask your ARB distributor for GX version of ARB bull bar.

Slee bumper with Warn M8000 Winch

The Slee bumper does a great job of tucking the winch out of the way. Driving lights are next for the bumper.

This is my Slee Short Bus. I had it powder coated to match the trim on the lexus and added the light tabs in the valley wider than stock. I heard that they can be purchased this way now, so you might save the trouble of custom work. Lights are Hella 4000s.

I had built a bumper that looked quite like someone else's. I have since cut it up and redone it totally. Needed to come down from this thread.

This is one that I drew up and had a local guy make for me.

I wanted the basics of an ARB, but with less of a "presence", and better clearance. This one is generally smaller, but still offers full rad protection, has a plate to protect the a/c condenser, and it conforms to local laws (4" minimum main bar height, full width of vehicle). It's not 100% finished. I plan on adding some tube to protect the lights. In the meantime, it's just rattle-canned until it's completed, at which point I'll probably powder-coat.

The job was okay, but it looks way better from 10' than up-close.

I wish I had thought to weight it while it was off. Maybe I'll remember while it gets coated.

The winch is a Tabor 12000, BTW. The license plate is clipped to the fairlead with Mag-Lite brackets :hillbilly:. Eventually I'll replace the roller with a hawes, to gain some approach angle.

I'm hoping you mean approach angle, unless you run in reverse most of the time, off road.:hillbilly: Seriously though, looking at the side view pic, I don't see much of an improvement with your bumper compared with an ARB. And losing the roller fairlead is not going to help much, either. You want to take a straight edge from (as your rig sits in pic) about the 4 to 5 o'clock position on your front tire, and bring the other end up until it contacts the first part of your rig. Whether its bumper, frame, fog light or whatever. That's your approach angle. Consider this angle to be a plane, meaning - even if the lowest part of your vehicle is not on the out side edge, but near the center, that is what you must use to determine the angle, because that is what will contact an obstacle first.

My latest addition, the ARB. Still working on the other upgrades...
