Forgot to paint the gas cap.

Just finished repainting this 60s series for a customer back to the OEM color. Just realized as I’m putting it back together that I forgot to paint the gas cap, oops. Thought I’d share the picture just for fun.

My first 60 was a Freeborn red that faded to the same tomato color as that fuel door. I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for that.

Crazy the color difference 50 years of sun makes. All the door jambs where the rubber met were un-oranged haha
