Here i have my beautiful 2005 Lexus LX470 with only 149k miles! I am the second owner which i purchased from the original owner who was a well off man that took care of it like no other. I had the opportunity to take it off his hands and baby this car the way i baby all of mine. Its in immaculate shape, the LX is beaming with its exterior paint glossing and shining as if it was still new, its always been garage kept and washed at specific car washes to ensure protection of the paint no matter what! ALL services done at the lexus dealer and i have the service records. The factory rims are in brand new shape with no curb rashes, no paint chips no nothing! Its in excellent shape. The interior is where the real beauty is, not a rip tear or even a STAIN that you can find! Every button in the car works and every button looks brand new with no signs of fade. I love this truck with all my life. It has a Factory DVD player with a remote and two lexus wireless headphones That still work and never used. The Mark Levinsion audio system works as if its brand new and usually they are known to go out after a while especially on these era lexus but nope not this one, once the audio system showed signs of wearing out, it was repaired at the lexus dealer! The timing belt and water pump has been replaced at the lexus dealership at 91k miles! I have the original lexus manuals with the original lexus pen, original window sticker, service records, and certificate of inspection and 3 keys! The only difference on my lexus is that the air ride was replaced with a new strut master suspension which is what is commonly done on these LX and LS, and it did not change the ride quality at ALL, it still drives the same smooth as butter!! Its super hard to find an LX of this age in great condition and with such low miles. The 3rd row has never been used at ALL no one has used the seats to sit on it. It has new bushings and struts of course. The wood is beaming beautifully with the color still enriched with no signs of cracks or fade on the steering wheel and trim! The side step (running boards) illumination Works perfectly giving that beautiful light entrance when you unlock the car or open the door! My lexus Has never been used for such rough usage let alone any off roading! Let me know your thoughts and also please dont hesitate to ask for more pictures ill be more than happy to send them! $30k

Sorry for delaying im just constantly busy barely have time to check on this. But here are some more pics i took. Engine bay, rear seats, undercarriage. Undercarriage is not in bad shape for being an IL car, does have some rust here and there but nothing major its always been garage kept. Everytime i get the car washed i get the undercarriage washed.

Man, that a clean body and interior, but that a tough one for 30k with that undercarriage... Its not severe rust but its not minor either... In my opinion. Good luck to you. I do think BAT or C&B would be your best choice.. Even there I've seen prices reflect the condition here recently. which is good to see

Yeah i totally understand you, its just a price to start at. For everyone out there i am willing to reasonably negotiate numbers. Love the truck with all my heart. Been taken care of and i only drive it at night most of the time so it doesnt sit in the sun as much as possible. I just sent it to lexus of naperville to get oil change/filters and tire rotation.

I'd see where you get with that starting price, but don't be surprised if you don't get many offers within $10,000 of it, especially here. You're out pricing 99% of the market.

If you really think it's worth $25k+, I think those auction sites are the way to go.

Looks like it has rust issues, but it's hard to gauge just how bad since there has been an attempt made to paint over and or cover up the rust. I could not see an educated buyer paying over 20k for it, but could be wrong. Good luck with the sale, and hope it goes to a good home.

No offence to the op but this pix says the whole story about the undercarriage ,i would really hate working on that "croissant".

Undercarriage hasnt been touched yet, if and when it does, it’ll be professionally done as this car has never been cheaped out on, and also thank you!
