OK, I need some stuff for the new 62. This is just a few items. I'm sure I'll find alot more once we get into it a little.

Battery tray
Glove box door
Rubber gromets that go behind the front marker lights

Scott, I've heard that a few years of the camry have side markers that fit the same as the ones from the 62. They may be easier to find. I think I heard that from infojunky.

Send me your address and if I still have a glove box door (its tan), I'll send it to ya. side marker gaskets from corrollas? If I have those, I'll send also.

Corrollas...yeah that's it. I didn't mean you had them, only that I recall you mentioning they would fit. Is there a particular year/model?

2) 32x11.50x15 mud tires...no rims. They are mud trek's. Very loud/bumpy on the road. Lots of knobs left on them, i didn't have them new but i'd say they have 40-50% knobs left on them

asking $60 for both to UC members. They no longer sell these tires!!!! and u can add studs to these tires!!!

very aggressive!!!

You'll have miss matched tires. Non UC members contact me for price....if you a GA or NC member...i love you too and same price applys.

Here is the 40 that is for sale at Land Rover of Greenville. I swung by today and took a couple of quick pics. I love the pinstripes and the paint looks pretty good.

I didn't look at it long but the inside is in good shape. There are a few spots with the paint where there is some cracking. The exhaust needs replaced, the knuckles rebuilt, and there are several active leaks you can see on the ground under the 40.

There is a York AC compressor. The seats are in good shape. It has a 2F, carb'd, and fairly clean.

Pretty sweet, love the rustic green.

I did too until I had it, it shows every scratch, chip and flaw. I like the tan shades myself.

IIRC didn't the '79's have the new steering wheel? This one has the old one, I might be off base, but I thought that was part of that 1979 revamp. Marshall correct me if I am wrong.

I haven't seen a 79' with the new wheel, but I know the 81' and 82' models did. Probably the 80' model did as well. But all of the 79's I have seen have the same wheel as the 76'-up 40's.

$500
FOR SALE: 1FZ-FE motor. 197k. new HG by mr T at 109k. Ran great, pulled from wrecked 80.
Price is for the long block with all sensors and hoses but the wiring harness was cut :(
I also do have some accessories left as well like Intake manifold, TB with IAC and TPS,
starter, dizzy, and alternator I would be willing to sell separately. It has been stored inside
and the motor turns freely, plugs look normal. Ask away.
As well if somone wanted a package deal, we could work something out. tranny/tcase avail.

This might be a viable option if someone suffers engine failure and wants to be running again cheap and quick. Or as well if you want a builder in your garage to consume your evenings and frivilous funds

Interior is super clean. A little rust but not bad at all.

Hello Everyone;

I have been reading for 6 months and joined with hopes to pull the trigger on my first LC next week.

Anyway, I thought I would let yall know of a 1991 LC that's for sale. Since im a noobie I cant tell you much about it besides its white with blue cloth. Looks very clean, and no rust that I could find. I talked to the guy on the phone and he said it had around 200k and was traded to him for a boat. (he has a used car lot in front of his house) He told me he wanted 3800 for it. It might be good for someone that's looking. Its located on highway 24 in Townville SC. which is exit 11 off of 85 (near anderson/oconee) his # is 864-287-0701 its called Floyds used cars

As for my hopeful new purchase its a 1994 with 200k also white that's been very well taken care of. Its originally from Miami FL and I will be the 3rd owner. I'm looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you and I hope the info above helps someone get a new toy!
