Free to good home... Super heavy duty sears craftsman table saw. Has a belt driven blade and is really quiet. Probably from the 70's if I were to guess. Also weighs about 200lbs. Runs good. I'd keep it if I didn't already have one. Free, come get it now!

Odd situation... On one of our new rentals the tenant doesn't care about the garage. They'd rather have a discount on rent than a garage. Anyway if someone wanted to rent it separately here it is. Nice 2 car garage detached from the house and fully finished. $500 a month would be what I'd want for it. Good for storage or a work space or whatever. With that in mind each of our tenants have infants so you wouldn't really be able to use a grinder or power tools out there all day. But with the door closed it might be ok.
