Entry level 60. Pretty straight, its been repainted, clearcoat is pealing, dent in front DS fender, DS rear quarter, interior is dirty but not bad, no cracks in dash. Dead motor. 220k. No substantial rust, a tiny bit on back of frame. Front bezel is cracked, headlight trim and signal..

Interesting... so back before my parents left for Florida my dad used to make teardrop trailers to tow behind old cars. Anyway, I was on craigslist this morning and found these two both made by him. Kinda cool I thought. Wouldn't mind picking one up to tow behind my 59.

I'm embarrassed to even ask this but I got a person wanting.... a YJ. It's a girl wanting a 4.0 with a 5 speed, lifted preferred for about $5k. Yes, just shoot me. I figured maybe someone had one had a neighbor with one broken down in the yard or something. The newer the better, must be EFI which rules out the 87, 88? Not sure, have to do my Heep research.

The YJ you seek is a '91+ with the 4.0l. The earlier 2.5's had TBI but the first EFI 6-cyl was 1991.

Oh come on... They aren't THAT bad. Well, once you replace the axles, eliminate the slip yolk, reinforce the frame, swap on a CJ front clip, and open up the wheel wells a bit. LOL

and completely rewire it, replace the plastic valve cover... etc etc. My ex-brother in laws Wrangler burned to the ground while sitting in a parking lot because of faulty wiring.
