Just make sure you do something real with the cooling system... 40 don't like 350's in the heat.... ;)

I'm no expert on 350's but I do know from my limited experience wheeling with them I've seen burn plug wires, overheated starters (headers?) and cooling and carburetor issues. It takes more work to get a conversion running right and reliable than keeping the stock set up working smooth. I'm not saying don't do it, it is just my experience and I am sure a lot of the issue is that the swapper hasn't done their homework.
A good radiator, shrouded fan or good quality electric fan and quality controls factor in when the 350 is lugging along, pulling in a bunch of fresh air. The F/2F's have a pretty good fan set up, it actually helps pull in those tough situations just not in reverse ;).

I think I have the cooling system figured out. As well as the starter and plug wires. I don't need to worry about a carb because it is fuel injected. I just need to get the F sold so that I can afford to do it correctly.

 and cardinal does it have the magic dial? or I suppose you just want everyone to ask you direct.

Edited or pulled down? I tried to look at the add and it is no longer there...

Trade/Sell/Blah?

I'm look for 2 stock LC 80 series wheels. Like these:

I have a set of 4 4runner wheels with some tread like these for trade, partial trade or whatever.

I saw those... I checked through my stash, I still have the black OEM steelies you gave me, 16" fj or 4runner rims. I don't think I have more than one spare 80 original..

Those would work if you are interested in selling or trading them. Knolly are working on trailers. I want to replace the hubs on his that are currently 5 lug and switch to a 6 lug so I between 7 tires any will fit on the 80. The 80 alloys I just thought would look cool, but not needed.

What kind of greedy hoarder do you think I am? ;) The steelies are here. Just let me know how many and when/where you want them. I've got some cool 18's with street tires on 3 of 4 rims too!

 Knolly and I need to still figure out the hub situation. When time is right :)
