Thinking of painting my wheels. Does anyone know the stock color of these guys? Were these the Cygnus originally, but I'm considering the gray. I'm assuming these were the OEM wheels , although I can't find them in the catalog for '73.

@TexFJ yeah same thing I thought as I was wrapping up the 2nd coat and there was still paint left. I'm sure I'll need to do some touching up, just couldn't get myself to pony up for powdercoating.

Those are aftermarket wheels.

Hey Guys, I ordered some spray paint to rattle can some new steelies for my 40 and wayyyyy over ordered. I'm keeping one extra can for touch up so I have two can of spray paint in RAL 7042 Traffic Grey for sale. Got it from LVP and it looks to be a pretty close match to the stock grey. I'd like to get $15/can and willing to sell them separately.

Funny - those aren’t stock either. The late trucks did have a white version of the 60 wheel, but none of those are them. White would be similar to the stock if you’re intent on keeping them.
