Anybody found an OEM Toyota switch that fits the factory URJ200 dash blanks? I've seen a variety of aftermarket options but I could swear I've seen an OEM one but can't find any record of it in my notes?

Fwiw here are a couple, pretty sure these are the same:

My TJM front bumper fogs came with one. Try looking at what they have to offer. Looks just like the switch on the far left of your pic.
 
I agree that the 23mm x 33mm appears to be right. I'd love to get a rear fog and a DRL switch of the same and wire up the rear lenses and front LEDs...
 
I've seen the Slee one, and that will be my go to if I can't find an actual OEM option. There are some Toyota dealers in the SE region that have a fog lamp kit which includes the switch and a harness, I can only assume it's an OEM option they are able to source from over seas. Fwiw there are a grip of options on eBay, different logos, etc. The Slee option comes with a nice harness and we can be assured it's a decent quality switch which can't be said for the eBay variants.
 
my local dealership wanted $70 for one - OUCH
 
I "think" there were some similar sized switches used in some of the RAV4's. Someone mentioned the OEM Toyota switches are all Cole Hersee brand (USA), not sure if that is correct or not. May be an option.

The old (circa late 90's Tacoma) switches were Cole-Hersee, the newer ones are "Made in Japan?" but I'm not sure on manufacture. There are at least 4 different blank sizes on Land Cruisers over the years, though this latest one seems to be shared more commonly across the Toyota platform. I'll have to look into the Rav4, wonder if they had a fog lamp option?

I didn't ask because I just thought it would be OEM / Toyota. For $70 a piece I passed on the purchase. I know that does you no good on your hunt.

The switch you need Kurt is: 00016-32230-02 This is the SE Toyota regional accessory switch for all truck fog lights.

These are only available from SET Dealers (So basically, GA/AL/FL/SC/NC). About $25 or so.

Looks exactly like the one you are looking for and will fit with the 200 series interior scheme.

You have access to those? Want to hook me up with a handful? That is the same number I tried locally to no avail.

I'd also want a price on the harness which I believe is 00016-32230-01. LMK
