I know there are several threads on this, read them all, did just about everything and still no go-

Right turn signal blinks fast. Left is normal.

All turn signals blink out side the truck except for the right rear.

Tried two new relays, they slowed the erratic blinking down to normal but still no right rear blinker?

All bulbs are good (tested) as well as sockets.

Could this be a ground issue? Trailer wiring? Plate light is out as well With new bulbs.

?

Sounds like it. Here's the layout for the '94:

If you have a multimeter, check the circuit from the socket pigtail to the harness splice point. I'd use some emery cloth on the socket just to be sure. Some CRC QD electronic cleaner (rated safe for plastic) on the connectors, followed by Permatex Silicone Dielectric grease wouldn't hurt.

Similar to an issue I had on my 92. The trailer harness was hacked in. Ended up running new wiring from the DS to the pass side under the metal plate in the back cargo area. Problem solved.

Ahhh Thanks for this ! Huge help!

Ive been having the same issue in my 92 for about a year. Happens on and off, usually after washboard roads. There is a different relay you can use that eliminates the hyperblink, but you still need to eliminate why the rear blinker is not working, which is the root of the issue. Post up what you find out!

Hi all- So it turns out the fast blinking was caused by a loose wire. Still not sure which wire but I pushed on two connections and its back to normal. Still no plate lights?? From the sockets and new bulbs to the steering column I have continuity but no lights. Time for some small LED's and a couple of nine volts to pass inspection!!

Same exact problem. Checked with a multimeter and it had a lower output for the flash on the right than the left side which works fine. I was going to replace the whole harness but you're saying that yours was just a loose wire? Could you tell where the loose wire was?
