FJ80 Body Work Needed - Vancouver (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a repair shop that help replace a factory installed sunroof gasket as well as a rear tailgate gasket. It's a great truck just needs some minor repairs. Looking for a good, reliable shop that works with older Land Cruisers. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers

The sunroof gasket I have not done but the rear gate gasket is just pull the clips and install a new one (which comes with new clips). If you can do any minor repairs on your truck you should be able to handle that one. Unless your talking about the seal around the rear gate glass, that's a little harder.

Like @Pascoscout mentioned the tail gate gasket is easy to replace. It should take no longer than 10 minutes. For the sunroof gasket you'll need to remove the headliner. It's an okay job to do but it would be easier with a friend to help out.

Tokyo Auto Service in Van area has some good reviews, might worth checking them out.

Jonse01: the rubber gasket that is attached to the perimeter of the factory sunroof glass is not available as a separate part from Toyota, is that the gasket you're referring to?

Are you getting water leaks into the cabin?

Try a search for sunroof leak(s) in the 80 forum and read up on that topic.
If the windshield has ever been replaced search for that topic also.
