This literally takes a solder sucker and a decent soldering station, or a friend with one. Pro tip: use a hairdryer or heat gun on low to warm up the green auto down relay because those plastic tabs are fragile after 30+ years.

Thanks everyone. I’ve seen the post about replacing the relays, but was looking to see if there was a quick fix while waiting for the relays to come in and getting the work done.
Well, I took my door apart, took out the regulator, and drove around with a 1 x 3 jammed between the door skin and the window glass.
Other than that, I don’t know any shortcuts.
