Now that I see the picture, I don't, but what is it from? The snout coming out the bottom is not something I have seen before on an 80 series

my WAG would be from a diesel, 3B? from desert areas with lots of dust. the settling can gets all the heavies into it, then you can dump/drain them off
somewhere here on mud there was just a discussion about a 2F overseas unit, the round can style cleaner, with one available
