Sooo I figured out why its leaking. I totally forgot the copper washers that go on the nozzle I have the bag but the kit I ordered has those and all the parts to make them fresh so I am just gonna wait for that to show up and then go through and then see how it runs (and hopefully seals)

So seals showed up and I resealed the injectors got it all back together with no different end result. Same injector the only difference is it is leaking with a bit more pressure so I can see its the return line without a doubt. I swapped out the return line I have for another one with the same issues. So my buddy at industrial told me to rip it apart and see if anything is messed up. He thinks the body might be cracked (which would suck) so I guess I will find out today

I'm late here, sorry bud. The copper washers that go on the nozzle seal the combustion chamber against the injector tip. A leak there would result in combustion gasses / fuel mixture coming out, not straight fuel.

Did you replace the copper washer that seals the return line to the banjo bolt, and banjo bolt to the injector?

Can you get a camera any closer in there to see where the fuel is coming from?

Yes those are new also. What's crazy is that its just the one injector. And yeah I could take a video when I get off work. I think my goal is to find one single injector to replace this one I am gonna con my buddy into taking one of his to just see if that is in fact the problem.

So I know you moved to a 7mm head and got new injectors (because I still have your old injectors on the bench), so my next question is where did these 7mm injectors come from?

EBay. Used and warrantied for a year. Unfortunately I lost my email they sent me so I don't have that or the company they came from. Which was a dumb move on my part

They were from a diesel shop I do know that

Just got back yesterday from being out of state for work for awhile so I ordered a bunch of things for the cruiser and tonight I messed with my injector leak. Threads were kissed in the the body where the return line threads in so I used one of my 9 mm injectors bodies and put all the 7mm guts into it. Started it up and runs great with no leaks what so ever. Johnny thanks for the tip on that I was glad to see it worked so well.

Bet that'll motivate you.
Kickass build!
Big time! Thank you! Now its just the waiting game for some more parts to show up!

The only thing that concerned me was on the body where the fuel line screws on the holes are a different style to let fuel in. It runs just fine and I figured that doesn't control the spray that's the nozzles job. What do you guys think?

Care to elaborate, maybe with a picture?

7mm housing on the left side. 9mm on the right side

My 9mm injectors look like the one on the left IIRC, but the 9mm injectors you sent me definitely look like the ones on the left. Not sure if that difference in style matters much, if at all.

EDIT:
This was wrong.

Really?? Hmm I wonder why the change. And yeah I'm thinking it shouldn't matter. The nozzle is what decides the fuel amount and spray

Picked up these diy beadlocks my buddy makes at a killer price (cheaper then ballistic and trail Worthy's rock rings) and they just happen to fit the wheel perfectly so I decided to make these my rock rings for the h1 wheels to protect all the split wheel bolts because I am told they are prone to get hit and totally ruined. So with slight modification I got these to work
