Heavy Armor'd SBC 60 here...

Recently needed to be flat towed for about 200mi... by a converted 10-ton Type 3 Wildland-Fire Freightliner... thing tugged me around like I didn't exist behind that kinetic rope.

After the freightlner took off on a wicked 6% grade downhill, I rode the non-vac assisted brakes, all of which I'd replaced within 1-2 years, so hard each corner was smoking and I lost 90% of brake pressure when the M/C popped when I boiled the fluid. Glad me, the lady, and the dog didn't turn into a towed tootsie roll.

THAT SAID:

I'm gonna rebuild the entire brake system now, because obviously.
Going to pull/turn my OE drums, and then assess... but reckon I may be in with @cruisermatt's OE or India made parts. He's got my business [now, and before] for all the replacement bits.

I'll update here regarding how smoked my OE drums were.

Perhaps Matt is now selling an aftermarket India made drum? The OEM and India discussion earlier in this thread was from myself fwiw. Our India made drums come from a long-time manufacture we've been working with for nearly 30 years now ( that makes me feel old to say), still a great solution and we've had good customer feedback on them over the years.

I've love to see how burnt up things look when you get it apart!

Some links to look over as you consider what you need to replace:

Or, if you're feeling indulgent. We offer complete ready-to-install brake assemblies loaded with the parts above and many more. Mix of Japanese, OEM and high quality aftermarket. These do require you to pull the rear diff cover (assuming semi-float) and slide the axle shafts out BUT that is a pretty quick process and certainly faster than rebuilding all brake parts IF you need to go that deep. Of course that is the next can-o-worms as you may as wheel do wheel bearings and seals 'while you're in there'. :D
