Hi there.

So, as I can't find stock rear shackles for my wagon, am I able to use the 80+ FJ40 shackles with no problem as long as I use the correct bushing?

I found that FJ55 bushings work in the rear.

So aftermarket rear FJ55 shackles will work with no problem as well, correct?

Go here for info but 45 rears and 60 rears should be the same as well as 55. I am pretty sure i used some leftover OME Fj60 shackles i had in the garage.

60 bushings are different.

They are 100% 55 bushings. I just did it

thought he was asking about shackles tho? Either way, that chart will help you with ID, OD and shoulder width to match whatever it is you come up with. I just used some shackles i had on the shelf and ordered bushings to match my parts.
