• The vehicle in the third row in the Right seems to be a COURNIL, so we can suppose that the pic was taken in the French speaking West or Central Africa...

Guessing this is a Stout? Tailgate does not look like a 40 series. I show a listing for the Stout in the Middle East late seventies into the nineties. Hilux had tail lights on the sides of the tailgate. Stout they were still below the tailgate. The tail light style matches the 40 series
