Are you looking for bulbs for the brake lights? They are just clear automotive bulbs behind the red tail light lens. The turn signal bulbs that go into the instrument cluster are also clear bulbs behind green tinted plastic. These are universal bulbs that can be purchased at most any automotive store.

I have a 70 fj. I am looking for the green turn signal lights that go on either side of the cluster.

The bulbs in your 1970 FJ40 Instrument cluster are #158 Miniature Bulb Glass Wedge Base - Get em at any auto store. They are clear and install in the cluster from the rear.
