That truck has had a lot of money spent on it to be selling for $5750.
Good for you. The fact that it is in Arizona gives the impression that it will be a solid truck. That is not always the case. Be sure and check it out carefully for cancer and spend accordingly.
When I look at the craigslist ad and blow my screen up to 400%, I think I see some pretty good rot in the rear sill area. Not sure though because when I zoom in digitally it becomes kind of fuzzy.
Ask the seller to send you pics to your email and ask him to give you a list of what is "good" and "bad" about the truck. Tell him to put himself in your shoes and what would he want to know about a truck for sale that was a gazillion miles away.

Trade for a jeep? What!??
The CL ad says "Typical rust for year and model" That can mean alot thinks to different people. Just because it's in AZ don't mean a fourty year old vehicle has spent it's whole life in the Desert. This one looks to have some major rust along the rear sill. For a little more money a much nicer original 76 was bought out of AZ earlier this year.

If you've got access to Arizona geographically, I'd hold off and buy one with less rust. There are some real beauties out there in the desert.

This truck used to be just down the road from me in Grand Junction CO. It has a ton of money put in it and is a super solid truck that just needs some usual rust repair. My 2 cents
