I recently bought a almost all original 1 owner FJ40. When I looked in the tool box I was shocked to find a complete factory set of tools that had never been opened. Each particular tool is in a clear plastic sleeve. Also with the owners manuals there was a Chamois wash cloth with the Toyota logo's and pictures of the Toyotas from that year. Has anyone ever seen one of these??? This truck really needs to be in the hands of a collector.

Here is a pic of the chamois

I'd say you have a unicorn. I've never seen or even heard of that one before.

Post pics of the tool kit, too.

I will post pics of the tools tomorrow. I couldnt believe the chamois. That is why I ask has anyone ever seen one

It is a 72 has 38500 miles kinda a off white color. The owner owned a toyota dealership and he closed it in 72 and he bought this before he closed up. He did a couple goofy things he had the window area of the top painted a unusual shade of green along with the door tops and he changed the seat color to off white all done back when it was new. The cream paint is original and interior paint is great. It drives and runs like a dream. For being a f1 the trucks easily runs 65 and still has more power and that is at 7000 feet elevation. The body doesnt even rattle. They really are only original once.
