I have a 1971 FJ40 that has the disc brake conversion kit. I need to replace the old rusted out rotors. Will the 2003 Tacoma’s fit or do you need the specific ones from cruiser corp?

what “kit” are you referring to? is it a specific kit you bought or was it just the newer knuckle upgrade to put the later year disc brakes on it?
Honestly not positive. Were on when I bought and have the brackets on back where converted from drum to disc. Not sure what is comparable

Post pics of the calipers and rotors that are on there now. The rear, you’ll need to figure out what kit was used.

We need pics front and rear, otherwise it's just a guessing game.

I don't see any caliper pics? Are they gm calipers?

Ok, they are most likely gm truck rotors, but the center hole has been machined to fit the 40 axle. There are most likely vendors on this site that sell the rotors already machined. Maybe @cruisermatt , @Poser, @65swb45, @cruiseroutfit has them. I think JT Outfitters has them too.

Research @Poser for what you have and need on the rears.

On the fronts, you either have a "kit" that provided rotors and calipers to fit your original coarse spline birfs (what my P.O. installed on my '75)

Or you have myriad sort of components mated to what would be fine spline birfs installed by YOUR P.O. (what we did on our '72 using FourRunner calipers and rotors)

To assist you, we need better pics and/or part numbers and you need to dive deeper into what your P.O. installed.
