Sounds like fun guys but maybe take it to PM or another thread? Not very relevant to the expedition any more?

@4Cruisers how's 10 a.m. @ the parking lot for the petroglyphs in la Cienaguilla new years day sound?
Happy New Year!

Notice it went to PM almost 12 hours ago :). We'll be posting photos on "What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?".

Okay folks, where does it go from Seattle? We are meeting up in Allyn, WA on Sunday the 7th. From there it goes to the Seattle Cruiserheads January meeting. Have no idea where it goes from there.

Hey southwest folks! I survived the holidays and am ready to get some more miles on the FJ40 in 2018! Spent the day replacing the driver side door handle that my silversmith wife crushed in her hands (that's how I prefer to tell the story anyway) and replaced a blown fuse so all my lights and wipers are ready to roll! Hoping to meet up with @kblomquist in February for a handoff somewhere near Page, UT (I'm hoping for meeting at an arch on the rez about an hour from Page, but if not then lake Powell offers many a great view for a handoff). If anyone else is in the area or up for meeting for the handoff as well let us know and I'll share the date and location info once we settle on something!

We are thinking of waiting for a drier day for the hand off, this weekend looks downright miserable. And, so far we don't have anyone to move it from Seattle to wherever it's headed next. Thought some BC folks talked about taking it across Canada?

The Canadians wanted Canada included on the sticker so where are you folks?

Of course the “baton” has made it to the starting point of @hecrod’s initial adventure so that kinda cool. Maybe there is a way to merge the other batons?

I'm happy to pick it up but Seattle is still 1000km from here in Calgary :steer:

Well Kevin this might just work. Redgrr is leaving Seattle in early February and headed to South Dakota. If anyone between Seattle and South Dakota wants a stab at it let us know. Or he gets the iron butt award for the longest baton carry I believe.

So perhaps I could grab it in Montana and bring it North for a loop through Canada? Maybe someone could then take it West in Canada and then back to the US somewhere.

That sounds like a plan. It goes where the will of the people take it. Just keep it moving. I'd love to see a map of where its been. Anywhere close to I-90 should work for Redgrr but I'll let him chime in on this one. Maybe he needs some of your cool parts.

I’m hoping to be driving through Montana roughly February 5 through the 10th Kevin if you can make that work.

I just got this troopy and working on it in my free time out here to get it to the point where I trust it to make the whole trip home...

I get back from Hawaii on Feb 3rd and depending on weekday vs weekend I could swing down to Butte maybe?

Check out the mud member map thread and make a note of those on your route. May come in handy.

I’m flexible with plans Kevin and I still have your phone number from that sheet metal peice you stamped for my 40 buggy I’m working on.
I’ll send ya a text when I’m a week out from leaving Seattle.

Can you guys hurry up and get back over to the better coast already? (Jk my 40 wouldnt start this morning so take your time. Hoping it's just a battery issue o_O)

Lol!!! Im already on the map i forgot about it. As far as memebers between me and @Awl_TEQ there appears to be none listed or from me east for a very long time. I can drive straight south from me and be at the ND border in 2hrs so i can go a bit further if needed to get it back state side. Lets do this!
