Wanting a 79 or older FJ40/45 Radiator Splash Guard.

The picture quality is not very good, but see that there are a couple of different p/n's for that piece depending on production date. I couldn't tell you what changes were made to require different p/n's. You might try to find one closer to your prod. date.

I am 3/82 production.

SOR has the production date ranges as '58 - 1/79; 1/79 - '84. Seems to more or less line up with the image you shared.

I got this microfiche set from a local Toyota dealer, somewhere back in '78 or so. As shown, it only shows parts and numbers from 03/69 to 07/80. Good luck with your search.

Seems I have my date of receiving my fiche set all wrong or I went "back to the future". Back to a nap for me.

I believe there was a fundamental change, going from between the framerails to under the frame.

I think I have one from my '65 - not sure if it's the correct vintage/part #? It's in my storage unit, I can try and get over there tomorrow and get some pictures if you're interested.

I possibly have one lined up, I am checking my existing guard this weekend to compare against the potential replacement.

I would not be able to pick up locally in WA; just a bit too far of a drive for me lol!
