Dan are those jeep bushwacker flares in the back?

Dan,
I plan to use the dark gray out door carpet that Home depot or Lowe's for my head liner. I seen it in a buddies 40 and it looked nice and it helped with noise echo. It's cheap to that's the best part.

Good luck with it. It's looking better and better every day.

That's what I have in mine. People as if it is a factory replacement. It fits perfectly and has not drooped or created bubbles. I used professional carpet glue while I had the cap off the hardtop and did it with the inside facing up. Let it set up for a day with weight on it so it would dry evenly. Works like a champ.

If it wasn't for moisture and rust issues, I would carpet my floor boards too with that stuff.

My friend used to build heavy equipment cabs and could get a headliner insulating material that looked similar and was available in 1/4 to 1 inch thicknesses. I don't know where you'd source it though and it wouldn't be worth it if you had to buy a huge qty.

Looking good man...

The little things are taking the longest.

Blower Motor works great!

I now have mirrors as well.

Reality has set in.

Looking at your springs you only have 2 leafs is that going to be enough after you load up the tool box and a full tank of fuel or are you going to add another leaf or two.

I'm 3/4 loaded for the ACT 2010 and the rear springs need some help.

You can see air between the leaves and the bumpstop is 1" from the spring plate.

New 4 Leaf springs are laying next to the rig ready to be installed.
