Hello to all, just the other day I ran across a post w/a ton of pics of 45's w/4 doors both long beds and short beds. Can any one direct me to that post? please.

all the fj45 pickups with 4 doors are either aftermarket conversion ( popular down under ) or bandeirantes produced under license in brazil. there are 4 of them in the states that i know of, all of them were brought in/built by TLC in van nuys CA. 3 of them are in CA, one's on the east coast. needless to say, they're a little expensive.
 
bringing in anything that's newer than 25 years old is a major pita. since most of the crew cab trucks were built right around 2000, that's not gonna be easy.

i know that TLC brought in a few bodies and then built the trucks once they were here........
 
Then I must find a body to import! There must be someone on mud who frequents Brazil often who might be of some assistance to me for a small fee?:D

Anyone else out there with a Brazil contact?

My cousin lives in Indonesia? I am not a geography expert so I don't know where it is in relation to Brazil. I did a search and they do have their share of Cruisers in Indonesia. Here are a couple of pics from one of the guys I talked to that lives in Indonesia.

O.K.:idea: So we will have to put it out there! Anyone have a good contact in Brazil? Maybe a parts outfit or cruiser group? Any and all help is much appreciated.

just did some more emailing and searching and there is an Indonesian fj40 owners club and they had some pics of troopies. :) these guys are definitely into wheeling check out the links. I know this is getting a little off subject but fun. Check out the nice roof rack & roll bar setup.
