It is possible mine is not. This is for someone else's 40 I'm working on. the support tube on the bottom on mine is not square, yours appears to be square in the pic. The edge that is toward the sill would seem to tuck under the lip of the sill but it's hangs over it by about 1.5inches when the body mount holes are lined up. I have come to the conclusion that I'm not into body restorations much anymore.Floor supposed to go under sill.
My Floor was real steal, everything else was ccot
