FJ 40 rear floor replacement

Has anyone here with first hand knowledge, replaced the rear floor on their 40 using real steel replacement floor. I'm in the process now and have a few questions. Please DM me if you have.

1975 frame off.

eastern rust and a po(spray foam is evil) got me.
so it's down to the frame i go...and even that is not without issue.
spent the last month and half or so ripping it apart. which was pretty easy, almost none of the sheetmetal is being re-used.
plan is to just redo what it already was, but with less rust and more fresh parts.
even the cross boxs on the shackles are rusted through.
and it will be white when it comes back, i have a 1975 that i started on years ago that is donating it's tub....that frame will then be used for a 1969 i've been sitting on...

I can't tell by your photos how the floor and rear sill meet. Thats my main problem. That doesn't look like a Real steel product.

Floor supposed to go under sill.
My Floor was real steal, everything else was ccot

Most important is the cross bracing ya did. Slow and steady .

My Floor was real steal, everything else was ccot

It is possible mine is not. This is for someone else's 40 I'm working on. the support tube on the bottom on mine is not square, yours appears to be square in the pic. The edge that is toward the sill would seem to tuck under the lip of the sill but it's hangs over it by about 1.5inches when the body mount holes are lined up. I have come to the conclusion that I'm not into body restorations much anymore.

I replaced that plate on a 76 and found it when mounted still a little flimsy of the thickness
