Wish I could find a brush guard like that, I think they look great on 62's
Yeah I always Imagine my 62 as squinting, like it needs glasses (and my 60 was wide eyed obviously), and the brush guard is the glasses.Yeah, funny enough, when I first got the rig I didn't love it, now I'm really digging it.
I'm still laughing about that. When I told them that I did my 40 there for $400 they said they "stick by their quote". I'm super bummed, this place WAS amazing. I guess I'll need to find a new place or get the parts from the dealer here and do it with factory parts. I did a quick search and including the cat and muffler it will be less than $600 in parts.Factory carb as an idle cut solenoid so it doesn't diesel.
Yeah, I thought really hard about a Sniper. It kind of got me thinking about the whole scope of Falcor. I came up with "Simple and Original". I won't lie, $$ played a factor as well. HA!I joined team Sniper, but it isn't an easy way out. Carbs have merits, especially on these old beasts.
Well said man!I love it, it does give more power and is smooth. But it isn't what Toyota built.
The 60 "as it was" has appeal. It wasn't ideal, but what is?
You too?
Hit me up next time.
