FACTORY DIFF LOCKER RESTORATION TUTORIAL?

my factory rear locker on my 99 isnt coming on, N and L and i get a flashing light and no noise, ive driven figure 8s backed up nearly a 1/4 mile.

does anyone have a write up on how to get it back working?
