So I purchased the Clegg rebuild kit for my 10/1974 and all went well at the machine shop until the were installing the cam. The oiling ports are different from what came out of the motor.
Anyone know the difference? Did the 1.5F have a 2F cam?

that is the difference in F and 2F cams,
at least they noticed before install, some others found out the hard way and needed to tear the engine down again as there was no oiling to the rockers.
holes need to be drilled in the correct lobe.

My F engine has the second cam bearing drilled just like the one on the left. This feeds oil to the rocker shaft through a copper tube.

The 2F altered the rocker shaft supply to the third bearing, feeding the oil through internal passages in the block, the head, and a rocker shaft pedestal.

since this is "news" to your rebuilder, you should make sure they know about the special shallow "freeze" plug at the back of the cam.

I added a pic of my original F.5 cam on the right of your pic.

This is a F1.5 though, and I thought they had an upgraded oiling similar to a 2f.
