It clearly eased the pain of heading home

Painful indeed

This guy told me I was still a few miles from Texas and then I could haul ass.

I passed into Texas at 8 am central standard time and set the ole cruise control on 75

The ride home was long. I was second to arrive after Lou. At this point, the other guys had cell service again and i was seeing images for the first time of the debauchery (probing, explosions, etc...) that i had missed the previous evening. Im not jealous that they blew it out after i left; i am, however, still pissed about the lemon squares.

If anyone heads this way it takes the same amount of time to jump off I20 west of Weatherford and cruise Highway 380 all the way out. Lots of cool little towns.

We all know that the Great Pyramids were built by aliens. Guess what color the Bass Pro logo on the Greatest Pyramid was glowing when I rolled into foggy Memphis?

Alien Green...

@FJ60Cam , thanks for spinning a very entertaining yarn about our trip. Having been tasked with this assignment last year, I know it can be a chore to do. But, it's nice to have a place to recall all the pics and stories - while sharing it with others at the same time.

Pleasure traveling with you boys (and girl). Already looking forward to next year.
